Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Vintage Dry
has a pale straw yellow colour, a delicate, fruity fragrance, with hints of citrus, white peach and green apple, and a savoury, fresh and soft taste, thanks to its elegant sweet note.
To be served very fresh to mitigate its sweetness. This is the less common type, which goes well with the most particular pairings, with tough pastries or spicy foods of fusion cuisine.
To be appreciated not only at the end of an important meal, but at every toast.
