The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut version is the most ongoing one, dedicated to the most "nature" sparkling wine lovers and highly appreciated internationally. It differs from Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry for its marked acidity given by the lower degree of residual sugar, which is obtained by lenghtening the refermentation until reaching the desired percentage. It is characterized by aromas rich in citrus scents and vegetal notes, which are accompanied by a pleasant note of bread crust, combined with a beautiful and lively savory energy. The fine perlage ensures the persistence of taste and cleanliness of the palate. It is the classic aperitif wine that can be enjoyed with fish and vegetable appetizers, even elaborate ones, suitable with starters of seafood and baked fish dishes, and offers the chance to multiple and imaginative combinations.

To obtain this wine, soft and at the same time dry, the refermentation is interrupted when the percentage of sugars is between 13 and 18 grams per liter. It has therefore a pleasantly lively acidity and stimulates the palate to taste some appetizers or starters. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with legume soups, seafood, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats, especially poultry. Because of its versatility it can open and close a lunch with the same ease.
